A Truly Unique and Wonderful Opportunity

Albert Stern

Every other month, I teach a two-hour cadaver lab for acupuncturists. This workshop is an overview of the anatomy of the body. We cover important landmarks, layers of tissue, and explore the depth of internal organs. Participants are encouraged to palpate and explore the areas commonly needled by acupuncturists.

The labs are held at Colorado Learning Center of Human Anatomy in Longmont. The workshops are two hours long and priced reasonably at $50. We keep the class size small. No more than 12 students per class! It is truly a wonderful opportunity

The next workshop is: May 9th and 6pm.

X-Ray Yoga

I completed my second week of yoga training Sunday! I have yoga on the brain and found this amazing video!  Hybrid Medical Animation is a high-end medical and scientific 3D animation studio. The produce still images, videos, and VR projects. They have a stunning gallery of work. In the video below, Hybrid Medical took a 3-D skeleton through a short yoga routine. The result is beautiful!

In 2015, I began a partnership with Bev Boyer of The Peak Research Institute to facilitate workshops for acupuncturists and acupuncture students. These unique events allow those participating to explore the anatomy of the human body in an intimate and powerful way. I have been deeply humbled to participate in this program.

I am happy to announce the first three dates of the 2016 schedule!

- January 25th, 2:00-4:00pm.
- February 29th, 5:30-7:30pm.
- March 23rd, 5:30-7:30pm.

These workshops are limited to 12 participants and sell out quickly!
