GAPS Support Group for Those With Autoimmune Conditions

Albert Stern

I work together with Katie Mason and Robin Hutchinson on the Autoimmune Mastery Program (AIM). Katie and Robin will be facilitating a GAPS Diet support Meetup every month at People House in Denver.

The GAPS diet is a well-known protocol for managing chronic inflammatory conditions. Reducing inflammation is a key tool for managing the symptoms of many autoimmune conditions. Robin is a certified GAPS practitioner and has been helping our clients reduce their symptoms through healthy foods.

Check out our intro video!

The group will meet every month. The first meeting is next week!

When: January 11th,  6:30 pm – 8:30 pm.
Where: People House: 3035 West 25th Avenue Denver, CO 80211
