Product Recommendation: Theraneem Mouthwash

Albert Stern

This week is turning into "recommendation week" here on my blog. I have been meaning to write about Theraneem for a while now. This December, I was having strangely sensitive gums. It was reoccurring and stubborn. In the past, I have used neem oil to cure gum ailments.

Neem oil is created from a tree which grows in India. It is commonly used medically for healthy gums. In the past when I used neem I have the oil extract, undiluted straight from a bottle. (Because.) Neem oil does NOT taste or smell good. It. Is. Rough.

I took a chance and tried Theraneem Neem Mouthwash. Naturally I did not think a blended product would work well. But I could not be happier! It works amazingly well. My gums have been looking and feeling great! Most of all, it tastes and smells great! Truly.

I could not be happier.

Why We Blame Others - Brene Brown

I find the work of Brené Brown extremely helpful. She writes about the importance of vulnerability and the power of being enough in the world. I found her message powerful to share with friends, clients, and students. I highly recommend her book, Daring Greatly.

The short video below is very funny and yet hits at a core habit many of us (including myself) share...the impulse to blame.

What Was the First Thing You Did Today?

Albert Stern

The first thing you did today most likely involved water.

A few years ago I heard the founder of Charity Water, Scott Harrison, speak at a conference I attended. It was very powerful for me. I left the talk believing it is possible for clean water to be brought to everyone on earth. In the past, I have donated and raised money for Charity Water projects. I am planning on doing another campaign this year. Stay tuned!
